Adjust the Band
Position the band low on your ribcage (front and back). This is intentional—it’s a longline design that offers all-day support by hugging your lower ribs.
Wear Straps Wide
Place the straps over the outer edges of your shoulders—away from your neck—for ergonomic comfort and posture-friendly support.
