With our adaptive stretch technology, our bras are designed to mold to your body over time. Like your favorite pair of jeans, after about 3 wears, the bra will relax and adapt to you, creating a custom-feeling fit. During this time, the fabric can stretch up to three inches where needed, if needed.

To speed up the break-in process, you can hand stretch the bra where needed, especially in the cups or neckline. This can address uniboob, tightness, or spillage.

Take the pads out and hold the center of the bra (between the cups) with one hand and pull the fabric outward with the other, focusing on areas that feel tight. 1. Step into the bra, even with the hook and eye closure, and pull it up over your hips for an easier time getting it on. Yes! These bras are made to stretch and recover. You’ll be surprised how quickly you get used to this easy trick, and you’ll love how you ‘catch the lift’ in all the right places as you pull the bra into place. 
2. Wear the band low on your ribcage so it hugs your bottom ribs for maximum support. The band should be considerably lower than conventional bras, especially in the back! (This is part of creating that pro-posture “shelf”.)
3. Wear the straps wide on your shoulders, away from your neck, where they are designed to sit for ergonomic comfort & posture friendly support.
