Hi Friends!

Loulou here again, bringing you tips, tricks (and treats!) I can't contain my excitement about the launch of our expanded Leopard collection! I mean, seriously, did I manifest the Bobbie Scoop and High Waisted Thong in leopard into existence? Someone pinch me!

The way we show up for bra wearers is by collecting as much feedback as we can by testing our bras on different bodies in each size.  Yes, we fit each size several times over! Every feature in an Evelyn & Bobbie bra is carefully thought out, discussed, wear-tested and backed by data.

The Evelyn & Bobbie journey to innovate starts with physiology. Evelyn & Bobbie’s do-no-harm ethos removes the physical triggers that come with traditional underwire bras. Conventional bras often have added elastic sewn along the top of the underarm and along the bottom edge of the bra. The sharp edges will often settle into the grooves of the ribcage, making indentations in the skin. Evelyn & Bobbie bras are like a second skin around the body, helping smooth the back and minimize digging into the ribcage. Our straps stay off the traps! The trapezius muscle extends across the shoulder and down the back. In addition to helping move the head, shoulders and torso, the trapezius muscle stabilizes the spine and helps posture. By setting the Evelyn & Bobbie bra straps wider and off the neck muscle, we can stand tall and lead from the heart.

Every Evelyn & Bobbie bra is designed to be comfortable, supportive and especially optimized for D-K cups. Cups are always removable to customize your level of modesty. The fabric is moisture wicking and has antimicrobial protection without the use of latex, copper, or silver ions. Our antimicrobial agent is called Microban, which is Oeko-Tex standard 100 certified and used by every major athletic-wear company in the U.S. (Nike, Adidas, Underarmour, Lululemon etc.) After 1-3 wears, the unique fiber blend and construction helps the bra mold to the body, and not the other way around!

Like many things related to Evelyn & Bobbie, there is so much more to the lore than what meets the eye. Our design team put their hearts into creating the purrrrrfect leopard print. Our office was a jungle of leopard swatches, and the design desk was a canvas of different print iterations. It was a labor of love that Mother Nature herself would applaud!

Here's a fascinating tidbit: our leopard print is crafted using our True Complexion® Nudes. Back in 2016 (yes, long before Fenty and Skims) our founder Bree led the charge in scanning hundreds of bodies with diverse skin tones to create our True Complexion® palette. At Evelyn & Bobbie, "nude" isn't just a color; it's a spectrum.
