Returns & Exchange: Policy and Process

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Evelyn & Bobbie purchase. We offer a 60-day guarantee on all of our products, meaning that you have sixty days to make up your mind and we’ll still issue a full refund for the price you paid.

Bras

If you don’t absolutely love your Everyday Bustier, we’ll take back the bra within 60-days of purchase and refund the original purchaser for the amount paid.  Please note: it is critical that the size ID on the inside of bra band and the bar code on the product hang tag are legible. 

Evelyn & Bobbie must receive your returned bra with:

  • No damage to bra
  • Original hang tag with legible bar code
  • Original packing slip
  • Pouch with bra straps

Evelyn & Bobbie product packaging allows for easy returns and exchanges, and we encourage our customers to use the original shipping box. You will receive a returns shipping label via email once you complete the online returns/exchange process.

 

How do I return or exchange my products?

Evelyn & Bobbie Accounts
1. Log into your Evelyn & Bobbie account.
2. Log into your account using the icon in the top right corner of the webpage (for mobile, use the hamburger menu).
3. On the account page, click the order number that contains the items that you would like to return.
4. On the order details page, select either “return” or “exchange” for the item of concern.
5. Click the “Return/Exchange Selected Items” button.
6. Please take our short survey to help us understand why this product didn't work out for you.
7. When your survey is complete, you will see a confirmation screen with details.
8. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email that your return/exchange has been submitted.
9. Finally, you will receive a return/exchange shipping label via email that you can affix to the original shipping box and put in the mail.
Guest Checkout
1. If you checked out as a Guest, please create an account with the email account you used to checkout.
2. Once you create an account, your guest order history will sync to your account.
3. Go to your account using the icon in the top right corner of the webpage (for mobile, use the hamburger menu).
4. On the account page, click the order number that contains the items that you would like to return.
5. On the order details page, select either “return” or “exchange” for the item of concern.
6. Click the “Return/Exchange Selected Items” button.

Knickers

While we don’t accept physical returns or exchanges on knickers, if you don’t absolutely love your Evelyn & Bobbie knickers, please reach out to our customer service team and we can provide you with some options. Due to sanitary concerns in our industry, we cannot re-handle or re-distribute these goods once they have been opened by customers.
