Q: Why are you sending me more than one bra size?
Our advanced fit algorithm will select a range of sizes for you to try. By sending you multiple sizes, we are bringing the fitting room experience to the comfort of your home. We believe you are more likely to find your best match by trying multiple sizes, but ultimately you will decide what fits best!
Q: When do you collect my payment?
When you participate in the Home Try-On you will be charged for the cost of one bra ($128-$148 based on color selection), but you may receive up to three bras. If the additional bras are not postmarked within 14 days of receipt, you will be charged for the cost of the additional bras. Don’t worry, we will send you an email half way through your Home Try-On experience to remind you how much time you have left!
If your Home Try-On period ends on a weekend or holiday, drop it off at UPS on the next available business day.
Q: How many bra sizes will I receive?
Our algorithm will determine your top two or three size matches based on the three measurements you provide in the fit quiz.
Q: How long do I have to try my bras at home?
You’ll have a full 14 days after delivery to compare the different sizes and get to know the Everyday Bustier. Please make sure to leave the bra tags attached when trying on at home.
Q: What do I do with the other bras once I pick my best size?
Once you decide which size you love, it is yours to keep. Simply use the pre-paid return shipping label included in your order and the original box to send the extra sizes back to us. Please make sure to leave the bra tags attached on the sizes you choose to return.
Q: What do I do if I don’t like the fit of any of my bra sizes?
First, visit our Fit Tips page for useful details on the Everyday Bustier and video tutorials. If you decide you want to return, use the pre-paid return shipping label and original box to send back all the sizes within 14 days.Once received, you will be refunded in full.
