Measurement Sizing
STEP 1: MEASURE YOUR BAND SIZE
Measure around your ribs at the base of your breasts. It should feel snug. Round up to the nearest half inch. i.e. if you measure 32.25 inches, round up to 32.5 inches.
STEP 2: MEASURE YOUR CUP SIZE
To find your cup size, measure around the fullest part of your breasts. It should feel snug. Round up to the nearest half inch. i.e. if you measure 32.25 inches, round up to 32.5 inches.
STEP 3: SUBTRACT STEPS 1 & 2
To find the difference between band and bust measurement, subtract measurements from step 1 & 2. Round up to the nearest whole number. i.e. 34" band - 36" cup = 2" difference between band and bust measurement.
STEP 4: CHART YOUR MEASUREMENTS BELOW

Washing & Care
Machine wash cold with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach. Lay flat to dry. Remove pads and wash separately. Re-insert pads once dry and voilà !
